Added a few features to ircWx webchat. Popout youtube player, gifs by giphy, and dark mode.
While still in beta stage Khaled is adding Dark Mode support to mIRC. There are still bugs as of the time of this post and he is asking for people to try the beta and report any issues they find. After a day or so of going through the whole e-cms, it has been updated to use latest bootstrap and jquery versions. Only real problem was the image slider. Had to rewrite a lot of that to work with the new versions. Other than that everything seems to be working and looking ok.
