Project Overview
e-Player is a modern web-based internet radio platform designed to provide broadcasters with everything needed to launch and manage an online radio station. Built using PHP, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, and MySQL, the platform combines a professional public-facing website with a powerful administrative dashboard for station management.
The project was developed to serve as a complete foundation for radio station owners, DJs, and broadcasters who need a turnkey solution without relying on expensive third-party services or custom development. The system includes live stream integration, automated metadata updates, request management, scheduling tools, DJ profiles, listener engagement features, podcast support, and station administration tools.
A major focus of the project was creating a responsive, mobile-friendly experience while maintaining a modern interface that adapts to different station brands through configurable themes, accent colors, and customizable layouts. The platform supports integration with popular streaming services including Shoutcast, Icecast, and AzureCast, allowing stations to connect existing infrastructure with minimal setup.
