This DLL is similar to popups.dll, but is much faster and easier to use.
You can bring up a popup menu in mIRC by calling this DLL (without right-clicking with the mouse).
It has almost full support for mIRC popups, including $submenu() and $style().
Also included are some extra commands relating to mIRC menus.
