This is the SPCN Vincula originally made by eXonyte version 5.2.2 modified by Terminal Access which has been setup with mIRC version 6.35! IRC server preset to the current Sparkpea server! This was setup in mIRC by d33j4y to help those who want to build scripts for Sparkpea with SPCN Vincula already setup inside mIRC 6.35! Latest version 5.2.2 fixes the passport updater!
