Got if from myspace:

Why did the Chicken Cross the Road?

DR. PHIL:
The problem we have here is that this chicken won’t realize that
he must first deal with the problem on “THIS” side of the road before it
goes after the problem on the “OTHER SIDE” of the road.

What we need to do is help him realize how stupid he’s acting by not taking on his
CURRENT” problems before adding “NEW” problems.

OPRAH:
Well I understand that the chicken is having problems, which is
why he wants to cross this road so bad.

So instead of having the chicken learn from his mistakes and take falls, which is a
part of life, I’m going to give this chicken a car so that he can just drive across the
road and not live his life like the rest of the chickens.

____________________________________________________
GEORGE W BUSH:
We don’t really care why the chicken crossed the road.

We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road, or not.

The chicken is either against us, or for us.

There is no middle ground here.

COLIN POWELL:
Now to the left of the screen, you can clearly see the satellite
image of the chicken crossing the road…

____________________________________________________
ANDERSONCOOPER – CNN:
We have reason to believe there is a chicken, but we have not
yet been allowed to have access to the other side of the road.

JOHN KERRY:< /B>
Although I voted to let the chicken cross the road, I am now against it!

It was the wrong road to cross, and I was misled about the chicken’s intentions.

I am not for it now, and will remain against it.

NANCY GRACE:
That chicken crossed the road because he’s GUILTY!
You can see it in his eyes and the way he walks.

PAT BUCHANAN:
To steal the job of a decent, hardworking American.

____________________________________________________
MARTHA STEWART:
No one called me to warn me which way that chicken was going .

I had a standing order at the Farmer’s Market to sell my eggs when the
price dropped to a certain level. No little bird gave me any insider information.

____________________________________________________
DR SEUSS:
Did the chicken cross the road? Did he cross it with a toad?
Yes, the chicken crossed the road, but why it crossed I’ve not been told.

ERNEST HEMINGWAY:
To die in the rain. Alone.
____________________________________________________
GRANDPA:
In my day we didn’t ask why the chicken crossed the road.
Somebody told us the chicken crossed the road, and that was good enough.
___________________________________________________
BARBARA WALTERS:
Isn’t that interesting? In a few moments, we will be listening
to the chicken tell, for the first time, the heart warming story of how
it experienced a serious case of molting, and went on to accomplish its
life long dream of crossing the road.
____________________________________________________
JOHN LENNON:
Imagine all the chickens in the world crossing roads together,&n bsp;in peace.

____________________________________________________
ARISTOTLE:
It is the nature of chickens to cross the road.
____________________________________________________
BILL GATES:
I have just released eChicken2007, which will not only cross roads,

but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your check book.

Internet Explorer is a integral part of eChicken.

This new platform is much more stable and will never cra…#@&&^( C .. ..reboot.
________________________________________________
ALBERT EINSTEIN:
Did the chicken really cross the road, or did the road move beneath the chicken?
____________________________________________________
BILL CLINTON:
I did not cross the road with THAT chicken.

What is your definition of chicken?
___________________________________________________
AL GORE:
I invented the chicken!

COLONEL SANDERS:
Did I miss one?

DICK CHENEY:

AL SHARPTON:
Why are all the chickens white? We need some black chickens.

I would not call myself a britney spears fan by any means. I do however feel sorry for her. She has spent most of her life in the spotlight with everyone telling her how great she is. Now she seems a fallen star. Bad decisions, bad marriage, and now failing career. Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon to degrade and bash this girl. I’ll be the first to admit she has problems but i think more than anything someone needs to help her not put her down. And if you call her look at the MTV music awards “fat” then you need a pair of glasses. A person shouldn’t have to look like a bag of bones to be considered good looking. I so wish I could just sit down with her and have her listen to me. I’m no expert and her problems probably run very deep but I’d try. I hope someone in her life tells her the truth about what’s going on. She has lived a fairy tale for too long. I hope she gets her life back on track but I know without help she won’t. The people in her life are not giving her what she needs. It’s time she accepts the right kind of help. Although there are a huge group of ppl out there that just love to see someone fail there are those that really hope she gets it together. I may have her all wrong. She could be the biggest loser of all time, but i think not. She needs a friend. Not someone that just wants to tag along or kiss her ass or try to get some ass. A true friend. Someone that will call her out when she’s messing up. Anyways.. Good luck britney I hope you get past this and have a happy life whether it’s in the spotlight or not.

Well another 9/11 anniversary is upon us. I can still remember being at work and listening to the radio being played over the loud speaker for everyone to get the up to the minute details. I’m feeling a few emotions today. I’m also wondering what happened to the people of the United States since that day. How during the weeks that followed we were one for the first time in a very long time. How for a short while we were all proud to be americans again. What happened to that pride? I guess pride has it’s own bandwagon. Did we learn anything from that tragedy? I think most of us did, at least for a short time. Now everyone is back to worrying about their own problems with i guess is natural. Today also reminds me that life is way to short for drama. Over the past few days I found myself once again drawn into a situation that I played no part in. It’s been weighing on my mind for a couple of days. But i’ve decided no more. Life is just too short to worry about what others think and do. Instead I will concentrate on the people and things that truly matter. I just don’t understand some people and I guess I probably never will. I always look for the best in people and way too often put trust and faith in people that either don’t deserve it or abuse it. It’s a fault in myself that I am aware of but do not want to change. I want to believe in people. I want to think they will do the right things. It’s the same way with my world view. I can not understand people that want to kill each other over nothing but ideals and viewpoints. Aren’t there any rational people left in charge? I hope people, especially those in the U.S., remember what happened on 9/11 and why. Remember what you felt in the days following the world trade center tragedy. Remember the day when ordinary people became heroes.

I took my brother and my mom on a fishing trip to Enid Lake. The U.S. Corps of Engineers hosts a fishing trip at Enid Lake each year for people with disabilities. Volunteers take these people and their families out on the lake for a fun day of fishing with a big cookout following. Some of you may know my brother was in an accident many years ago leaving him paralyzed from about the lower back down and also left him with a traumatic brain disorder. He has been looking forward to this for awhile now and luckily I was able to get away from work in order to take him. Although we got there an hour early we had a blast. The park rangers and volunteers could not have been nicer. They guys that took us out on their boat were top notch. We came away with a nice little cooler full of fish and most of all my brother had a very good day. I don’t think any of those guys and gals will read this but even so I wish to thank every one of them for what they did and continue to do. My brother misses out on a lot of things because of his disabilities so it’s special when something like this comes along. I’ll try to post some pics when i get home.

I’m so sick and tired of people’s b/s. I do my absolute best to treat people like I myself want to be treated only to get chit on. Here is a freakin news flash for everyone. I can’t help what other people do. I’m not their keeper. Everyone does what they do on their own accord. I don’t go around dictating how someone should act. While I maybe friends with someone it does not mean that I agree with everything they do. But that also means I’m not going to choose a side when both sides are as wrong as they could be. If you don’t want to be my friend because of what someone else does then forget you. I don’t have many friends but i’ll be damned if I’ll go around begging or apologizing for something i had no part in just to keep one. I just want a little bit of happiness in life I don’t think that’s too much to ask. But it seems filled with constant petty meaningless crap. So to anyone and everyone that thinks I should kiss their ass or change to suit them. BYE BYE DON’T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU WHERE THE GOOD LORD SPLIT YOU!!!! I “GOT” along without you before i met you and you can rest assured I’ll “GET” along without you!
